Crust:
1 stick of butter
1 c flour
1 T sugar
1/2 c chopped nuts

White Layer:
8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 sm Cool Whip

Chocolate Layer:
2 sm pkg chocolate pudding
3 c milk

Top with additional Cool Whip and chocolate curls or sprinkles.

Mix crust ingredients and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees until LIGHTLY brown - do not over bake. Meanwhile, mix white layer ingredients in a bowl and the chocolate layer ingredients in separate bowl. When crust is done and cooled, spread white layer first then chocolate layer. Finish off by spreading more Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with chocolate curls or other decorative ideas!

You can turn this into a Lemon dessert by substituting the chocolate pudding with lemon pudding.
