Ingredients:  
2 c. chopped chicken breast (about 4 cooked)
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise mixed with 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. sliced water chestnuts

2 c. crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Toss all ingredients together except chips. Place in 2 qt. baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350º for 30 - 35 minutes.
