Ingredients:
Ham, Whole Cloves, Sliced Pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
The key to this dish the choosing the right ham. Just get your basic Foster Farms or generic pig cut ham. DO NOT get smoked, spiral cut, honey, or anything fancy. Just a piece of pork. Remove from the plastic and wash. Place in a cooking pan (usually a 9 x 13 works well.) Stick the whole cloves in about 3" apart everywhere you can reach. Then place the pineapple edge to edge all over the top of the ham and secure with toothpickes. Cover with foil and cook at 350º for about 3 hours for a 15 to 18 lb ham. Remove the foil with 30 minutes left to brown. Slice and serve, remove and repeat. Avoid pre-cutting to keep each slice hot.
