1 pkg finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
1 cube butter
2 c peanut butter
1 lb powdered sugar
2 lg Hershey bars

Directions:
Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle small amount in bottom of paper muffin cups (using muffin pan). Blend together peanut butter and powdered sugar. Roll out into rope, about the size of your ring finger. Slice sections off and press on top of crumbs. Melt chocolate bars in microwave (carefully - do not burn - melt and stir in small increments of time). Spoon melted chocolate on top of peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chocolate is set.

This was Liz's favorite "birthday treat" to take to her class while in elementary school.
