1 lb ground beef
1 env taco seasoning
4 hot baked potatoes
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c chopped green onions
salsa & sour cream (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in skillet, drain fat. Add taco seasoning; prepare according to package directions. With sharp knife, cut an X in the top of each potato; fluff pulp with a fork. Top potato with meat, cheese, and onions. Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.
