Ingredients:  
Saute - 8 strips bacon - crumble small
4 green onions and tops - sliced

Bake a pastry shell 5 minutes at 400 degrees.

Then fill shell with bacon and onion
1 cup garted Swiss Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Mix together first, then add:
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1/3 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. salt
dash nutmeg

Directions:

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Then lower oven to 325 degrees.

Add on top of egg mixture:
2 T. melted butter
2 T. chopped fresh parsley

Bake for 20 minutes more or until filling is set.

Serve hot - good cold, too.
