1 refrigerated pie crust
1 cup mozzarella cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
2 T flour
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup snipped fresh basil leaves
2 plum roma tomatoes - sliced into thin circles
2 T fresh Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crust in tart pan (or deep dish pie pan) according to package directions. Combine mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, flour, and garlic. Spread over cooked crust. Sprinkle basil leaves over top and set tomato slices evenly around pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until filling is warm and set. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve warm.
