2 lbs. ground beef or turkey (or no meat works too)
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning (dry)
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix (dry)
3 cans Ro*tel tomatoes (mild or spicy)
1 can Ranch-style beans
1 can corn
1 can pinto beans
1 ( 4oz.) can chopped green chilies

Toppings:

Sliced green onions
Chopped tomatoes
Crushed Chile Cheese Fritos
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat and onions together.
Pepper and salt to taste.
Drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened.
Serve with toppings.

Another of my favorites...because there is not much cooking involved...matter of fact NONE, if you do not add the meat and onions...just open the cans and packages and pour! =)
