Greek-Style Marinated Lamb Chops Recipe

1 cup olive oil
1 T. lemon juice
1 - 1/2 tsp. crushed whole black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp. dried minced onion
8 lamb chops, 1 inch thick

Combine all ingredients in plastic bag, set in a bowl except lamb chops.

Add chops and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.

Grill 6 to 7 minutes on each side. (Medium to hot grill)
