1 pound of grape tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
4 cloves of garlic
1 pound penne
10 fresh basil leaves shredded
1/2 pound fresh mozzerella balls, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the tomatoes in sauce pan with olive oil, salt and garlic for about 5-10 minutes until they are soft and some juices are released.
Remove garlic from tomatoe mixture and add to drained pasta
After the pasta has cooled a little stir in the mozzerella and fresh basil.
Sprinkle a bit more olive oil and salt
