3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. shortening

1 egg, beaten
5 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, & salt.

Add shortening.

Beat egg. Add water and vinegar and blend with dry ingredients and shortening.

Unused portion should be stored in refrigerator.
