Glumpki's Recipe

1 Head Dutch Flat Cabbage
6 lbs. ground chuck
1 cup rice - 2 cups water
1 medium onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
3 T. parsley
onion salt
2 large cans diced tomatoes
1 bottle tomato juice

Par boil cabbage.
Cook rice, bring to boil, simmer 14 minutes. Set aside for 10 minutes, put in refrigerator.

Mix meat, rice, onion, garlic, parsley, salt. Roll into cabbage leaves, layer rolls, bacon, tomatoes, juice, ketchup in large roasting pan.

Cook 3 hours at 325 degrees
