8 lbs. white potatoes, baked or boiled
2 c. chopped onions or 1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 c. butter
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 pints sour cream
3 c. shredded cheese

1 c. crushed corn flakes
6 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin from potatoes. Grate potatoes or thinly slice. Saute onions until tender. Stir in soup, sour cream & cheese. Pour mixture over potatoes & mix well.

Pour into casserole dish prepared with cooking spray. Cover & refrigerate overnight.

Sprinkle with corn flakes and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
