3 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
4 egg yolks
6 tbl. melted butter
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
6 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
Filling
3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
2 tbl. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 egg yolks
Icing
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 ounce melted chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
For crust: Combine all crust ingredients except egg whites and sugar. Beat egg whites until foamy, gradually adding sugar while beating; beat until stiff peaks form. Mix 1/3 of the egg-white mixture with chocolate/nut mixture, then fold in the remainder. Put into buttered and floured 10-inch springform pan and bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
For filling: Beat together cream cheese, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla. Add egg yolks one at a time while mixing. Pour cream cheese mixture on top of cooled chocolate walnut crust and bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
For icing: Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add sugar and extracts and mix slowly. Slowly add melted chocolate. Place on top of cake.
