Boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins (defrost from bag of frozen), slightly flattened
1 slice of sour dough bread per person
Softened butter
Garlic powder
Lawry's Seasoning Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Place foil on cookie sheet.
Butter BOTH sides of bread.
Sprinkle TOP of each slice with garlic powder.
Cover bread with chicken.
Sprinkle with Lawry's.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Uncover (except for crust), continue baking 10 minutes, to brown.
