1 med onion, chopped
1 med green pepper, chopped
4 TBSP oleo
1 can whole corn, drained
1 can of cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
2 TBSP sugar
3 TBSP flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 small jar of chopped pimentos

Cook the onion and green pepper in the oleo then mix all ingredients together and bake in a 9X13 greased casserole dish at 350 for 25-30 min. May be topped with grated cheese and heated in the oven until the cheese melts.
