10 chopped spinich, thawed and drained well
1 can water chestnuts ,chopped
1 envelope lipton dry vegetable soup mix
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

round loaf of good bread

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl combine soup mix, sour cream, mayonaise and lemon juice. Stir in spinich and water chestnuts. Mix well and chill.

Hollow out center of bread to make a bread bowl. place dip inside and use the bread you dug out to eat dip with.

This is a tasty dip that everyone enjoys. It is one of Tom's dad John's favorites.
I always buy an extra loaf of bread to serve the dip with.
