2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups peeled diced apples

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Add cinnamon, baking soda, flour, and salt. Add apples and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle the top with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350º for about 45 mins. Cut into squares.

These are so easy and tasty too ! Delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream.
