2 tbsps. smooth peanut butter
3 tbsps. fresh lime juice
2 tbsps. rice vinegar
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. chili oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
4 tbsps. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine the peanut butter, lime juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil and sugar. Slowly add the vegetable oil, mixing until blended. Refrigerate.Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
