Ingredients: 2 STICKS MARGARINE 2 SMALL CONTAINERS OF FROZEN SEASONING MIX AND 8 GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED 2 LBS. FRESH CRABMEAT OR 3 LBS.SHRIMP 6 CANS OF CAMPBELL'S CREAM OF POTATO SOUP 3 CANS OF CREAM STYLE CORN 2 QT. OF HALF 'N HALF AND 1 PINT OF HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM 2 TEASPOONS OF LIQUID CRAB BOIL SEASONING TO TASTE ( I USE SALT, PEPPER, TONY'S, GARLIC POWDER, AND ABOUT 1 TABLESPOON OF SUGAR)

Directions:IN A LARGE MAGNALITE POT SAUTE SEASONING MIX IN MARGARINE UNTIL CLEAR. THEN ADD CRAB MEAT, LIQUID CRAB BOIL AND ALL SEASONINGS. SAUTE FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES MORE. THEN ADD THE REST OF INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL. COOK ON LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES (MAKE SURE IT DOESN'T STICK TO BOTTOM OF PAN). SAMPLE TO SEE IF MORE SEASONING IS NEEDED. COOK FOR APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES THEN ADD CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS AND COOK FOR ADDITIONAL 15 TO 20 MINUTES. |
