2 pkg Jiffy Cornbread Mix (cooked,cooled and crumbled
7 slices of crispy bacon or 7 tbsp bacon bits
1 large tomato (diced small)
1 large bell pepper (diced small)
3 green onions (chopped fine)
1 1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cornbread mix and bake as per directions on box. Let cool. Crumble cooled cornbread in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well, it should be a crumbly consistancy. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or cold.

My Mother in law (Carol Kirsch) gave me this recipe and I loved it so much that it is a regular dish now at every thanksgiving.
