corn beef (thin slices) 1/2 lb.
8 oz. cream chees
1/2 cup mayo
8 oz. can sauerkraut (save some juice)
1 cup shreaded swiss cheese +
Directions:
Directions:
9 inch pie dish spray w/ oil
mix all ingredences in a bowl- cream cheese, mayo, drain sauerkraut. cut up corn beef, & swiss cheese
add some juice from the sauerkraut to make mixing easier
pour mixture in pie dish top w/ cheese & bake
serve with crackers or toasted rye bread squares
