2 c sugar
2 c flour
2 sticks oleo
3 T cocoa
1 c coke or pepsi
1/2 c buttermilk
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c small marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar in a bowl, set aside. Bring to boil oleo, cocoa and coke and add flour and sugar mix, mix well. Then add buttermilk, soda, vanilla, eggs and mashmallows. Grease and flour 9x13 pan, pour into pan, the mixture will be thick and marshmallows will come to the top. Bake at 350 º for 35 minutes. Bring to a boil 1/4 c oleo, 1 1/2 tbs cocoa, 4 tbs of coke and 1 box powdered sugar. Spread over cake while still hot.
