1 ½ Cup Salad Oil
½ Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Black Pepper
½ Cup Dry Wine
3 Tbsp. Parsley
2 tsp. Garlic
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Pound Steak, Lamb, or Pork (cut into cubes)

Directions:

Mix all except meat. Place meat in bowl and stir in 1 cup of marinade. Let sit for 12 hours; stir occasionally. Skewer and cook under broiler or on grill. Keep remaining marinade in refrigerator.
