2 Cups Fresh Basil
3 Tbsp. Pine Nuts
2 Cloves Garlic
½ tsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
¼ Cup Romano Cheese
2/3 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Toast pine nuts in a small skillet in a bit of butter. Cut the Parmesan and Romano into 11” squares and grate separately in food processor. Measure out. Wash and drain basil. Remove stems. Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use.
