4 Eggs Yolks
6 Egg Whites
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

½ Cup Lime Juice
¾ Cup Sugar
½ tsp. Cream Tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until stiff. Blend in condensed milk slowly. Add limejuice and mix well. Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until foamy. Continue beating adding sugar, 1 Tbsp. at a time until egg whites peak. Fold six Tbsp. of meringue into filling mixture. Pour into 9” baked pie shell. Top with meringue and bake at 300 until golden brownº or until golden brown.

I always start thinking of Key West when I make this recipe. This is just delicious. We do get better pie when actually in Key West, but outside of there, this is a great recipe.
