1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Flour
1 tsp. Sugar
¾ tsp. Salt
½ Stick Butter
Lemon Wedges
Confectioners’ Sugar
Fresh Berries

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl until well blended. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Heat oven to 475º. Divide butter between two 9 or 10 inch pie pans; place in oven until butter melts. Remove pans, swirl butter to coat sides. Divide batter between pans. Bake on lowest rack of oven until pancakes are golden, set in center and rise high above sides of pan, 12 or 15 minutes. Cut into wedges; place on plates. Squeeze lemon juice over top of each; sprinkle with sugar and berries.
