1 lb. ground Beef
1 pkg. or pint of frozen corn
1-46 fl. oz. V-8 Juice
4-5 potatoes diced
1/2 onion diced.
4 c. water
2 c. carrots diced
4 heaping tsp. beef bouillon
2 c. celery diced
5 oz. quick cooking barley
8 oz. frozen peas
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Brown ground beef, add all the remaining ingredients except barley. Cook until vegetables are almost tender. Add barley, cook 20 minutes longer.
