Filling
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper

Dough
12 oz. evaporated milk
8 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
6-8 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix filling and set aside
Mix dough, it may need a little more flour to roll it out thin and cut ino 6 or 8 inch squares. Put a heaping tablespoon of filling about in the center and fold the square over and pinch the dough shut into a triangle.
Deep fry til brown on both sides or
Bake 15 - 18 minutes til golden brown on top
