1 1/4 cups Wesson Oil
3 cups unpeeled, chopped, crisp, tart apples
1 cup pecans
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil, apples & pecans in large bowl. Beat eggs & sugar in small bowl. Add to oil mixture. Stir in soda, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, & nutmeg. Slowly stir in flour until well blended. Spoon batter into greased & floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 50 minutes, till toothpick comes out clean.
