1/2 cup butter
1-3oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup brown sugar
2 med. ripe bananas, mashed
1 egg
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together butter, cream cheese, sugar; blend in bananas, egg, and sour cream. Stir in flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Add pecans to batter and blend. Pour into 5x9 loaf pan. Bake at 325º until edges pull away from sides – approx. 1 hour. Turn onto rack to cool.
