1 C plus 1 Tbsp. butter
2 Lbs. Chicken livers
2 large onions, chopped
1 granny smith apple, pare & grate
3 Tbsps. Brandy
2 Tbsps. curry powder
1 tsps salt or to taste
1 tsps. pepper or to taste
Garnish with hard boiled egg slices and parsley.

In large skillet, melt butter. Add livers, onions, apple, curry powder, salt and pepper. Cook about 10 minutes until livers are brown and onions are soft. Spoon mixture into blender. Blend until smooth. Shape into mound. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers.
