1 c. raisins, 1 c. boiling water, 3 eggs, 1 c. oil, 2 c. sugar, 1 (16 oz.) can pork & beans, 3 c. flour, 1 t. cinnamon, 1/2 t.baking powder, 1 t. baking soda, 1 t. vanilla, 1 c. chopped nuts.

Mix raisins with boiling water. Stir & set aside. Beat eggs, oil, sugar & beans until beans are crushed. Add flour & all dry ingredients, mixing well. Add nuts, vanilla & drained raisins until well mixed. Pour batter into 2 well greased loaf pans. Bake at 325º for 50 minutes or until done.
Note: Miniature loaf pans can also be used.
