Spaghetti Sauce,
1/2 c milk, cooked rice,
1 stick butter
2 eggs
sauteed chicken livers
finely chopped onions
garlic
parsley
Additional egg and flour to coat rice balls
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauce, milk, and remaining ingredients with rice to a sticky consistency. Salt and pepper to taste. Shape into oval balls and roll in beaten egg and then in flour. Fry in oil.

This is one of those recipes for which Mom-Mom had no recipe - you just did your best to write it down as she was doing it. Nothing measured - just guesstimated and it turned out perfect every time.
