Dough: 8 c flour, 1 lb butter, 1 can evaporated milk,
1/2 c warm water mixed with 1/2 cake yeast.

Nut Filling: 6 c chopped nuts, 1 1/2 c sugar, 3/4 c milk,
5 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough and let raise overnight in the refrigerator.
Mix nut mixture just before rolling dough.
Roll dough small section at a time on granulated sugar - roll very thin and spread nut mixture on dough (thin amount). Roll lengthwise and bake at 350ºF until golden.
Remove from pan and place on rack to cool.

Takes a long time to roll individual nut rolls. I often roll out a big circle and cut into rectangles for ease and speed. Best if eaten warm! Very tender dough.
