3c. mashed figs (approx. 45 - 50)
2 (3 oz.) packages of strawberry gelatin
3 c. (1 1/4 lb.) sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix gelatin and sugar in a large sauce pan.
Add figs and bring to a boil, over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Boil three minutes or 223º thermometer.
Pour in sterilized jars.
Seal or pour paraffin over.
