5 cups water
4 tsp. chicken bouillon
4 tsp. garlic
1/2 bunch cilantro
4 oz. can diced green chilies (mild)
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbl. butter
1/2 onion
3 cups rice (not instant)

Directions:
Directions:
Bend cilantro, chilies and onion in food processor. Bring water to a boil. Add all ingredients, simmer covered 30 minutes.
