3 eggs
2 c. milk
3 c. cornbread mix
1/4 c. corn oil
1 - can of cream corn
1 c. grated cheese
1 - large onion
1 - 4 oz. can of jalapeño peppers

Directions:

Beat eggs slightly.
Blend in the remaining ingredients.
Pour in greased iron skillet or tin of your choice.
Bake at 425º for 30 - 40 minutes
