1 baked pie shell
3 large peaches to slice
2 soft peaches, mashed
1 cup sugar
2 T cornstarch
1/2 c water
1 T almond extract
1 T butter
Directions:
Directions:
Slice 3 peaches into baked pie shell. Mash soft peaches and add sugar, cornstarch and water. Bring to boil and boil one minute. Add vanilla extract and butter. Pour over peaches in pie shell. Refrigerate until serving.
