3/4 cup cold water
2 T cornstarch
2 T flour
Dripping from turkey
2 c hot water
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the cold water, cornstarch, and flour; mix until smooth. Set aside. Remove turkey from the roasting pan. Strain the drippings into a medium saucepan. Add the hot water and bring to a boil. Add flour mixture slowly, stirring constantly, until gravy reaches desired thickness. Add salt and pepper taste.
