5 lbs potatoes
6 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 t. onion powder
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
2 egg whites, beaten
1 T butter or margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling water until tender. Use mixer to blend potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, onionpowder, salt, pepper and egg whites. Place in crock pot. Dot with butter. Cook on low for 3 hours, stirring once or twice.
Double recipe for a large crowd.
