4 oz. dark, sweetened chocolate
3 T water
1 t vanilla
1 C heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and water in a pan over hot water. Cool until slightly thickened. Add vanilla and fold in whipped cream. Pile into meringue crust and smooth top with spatula. Chill 4 - 5 hours until filling is firm.
