2 cans green beans or 2 pkgs. frozen French style green beans
1 (6 oz) can sliced mushrooms
1 (5 oz) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 T butter
dash pepper
1/4 t salt
2 T flour
2 T chopped onions
1 C dairy sour cream
1 (8 oz) pkg. Swiss cheese, grated
crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook green beans as directed. Drain well. Combine butter, flour, salt, pepper and onions, mushrooms, water chestnuts and sour cream. Mix lightly with green beans. Place mixture in lightly greased casserole. Top with grated cheese; sprinkle with cornflakes. Bake at 400º for 20 min. or until bubbly.
