3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick butter or margarine
1 egg
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
dash of salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick melted butter or margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Add margarine to potatoes while hot or melt butter first. Blend with mixer, all additional ingredients except for the topping. Place in greased casserole dish.
TOPPING:
Mix all ingredients together on sprinkle on top of potato mixture.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
