1 c. water
1 lb. margarine (2 sticks)
4 Tbsp. cocoa

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 pint sour cream
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Boil first three ingredients for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a 12"x17" (jelly roll) pan that has been greased and floured. Bake for 20 min. at 350º. As soon as cake comes from oven, pour prepared icing on it:

6 Tbsp. milk
4 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 lb. margarine

Mix together. Bring to a boil & boil for one minute. Add to mixture:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients with electric mixer until smooth--it will be runny!

Pour on warm cake and spread evenly.
Top cake with 1 c. chopped nuts, optional.
