1-2 onions-to taste
Optional Fresh Mushrooms
3 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 lb Bag medium egg noodles
3 cans of soaked in oil tuna fish
Fresh Ground Peper to Taste
Garlic Powder--sprinkle as you would season food
Pinch salt or salt substitue
Paramasan Cheese
1 Large Bag Potatoe Chips

Pre-heat350º for 60 Minutes

1. Boil Water, vegetable oil and salt in large pot
2. In large saucepan melt 1/4 to 1/3 cup margarne
Saute onions until clarified and you can taste the sweetnes of the butter in the onions. 3 Add chopped mushrooms or fresh garlic if avaible
4. Add cream of mushroom soup & Drained tuna fish, and heat till warm
5. When pot boils add entire bag of noodles, cook till centers are cooked
6. Spray glass 9x12 oven pan with Pam. Drain noodles and combine with sauce.
7. Sprinkle parmason cheese or cheese of choice to top of pan. Bread crumbs can also be used.
8. Bake for 1 hour till brownd on top.
9 Serve on plates and let guests crumple potatoe chips on casserole. Also goes well with frozen green peas.
