1 T oil
1 lb boneless, skinless, chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
1 can chicken broth
1/4 c ranch dressing
2 T flour
6 small-med flour tortillas-cut into strips
1 c shredded cheese
salsa
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet on med-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min
2. Mix broth, dressing and flour until well blended; gradually add to skillet, stirring constantly. Add tortillas; stir to combine. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to med-low; simmer 3 min.
3. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and simmer 3-5 min or until cheese is melted. Top with salsa and sour cream
