2 Eggs
1 tsp Sugar
½ tsp salt
1 c Milk
1 c Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well
Pour vegetable oil in a large frying pan and heat
Dip rosette iron into hot grease and then into batter
Dip battered iron into hot grease and let cook until rosette comes away from the iron
It should be golden brown
Place on paper towel to dry off grease
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
