1 large ripe firm banana
1/2 t melted butter
Other sundae ingredients, for example:
Ice cream
nuts
hot fudge (see hot fudge recipe)
other topping syrups
whipped cream
fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Cut unpeeled bananas lengthwise; brush melted butter over cut sides. Grill bananas, cut side down, over med-hot BBQ for 2 min or until lightly browned; turn. Grill 2 min or until tender

Cut bananas in half crosswise; remove peel. Place in bowl and make sundae on top.
