8 oz. tomato sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup evaporated milk (reg. milk will due)
2/3 cup oats
1/4 chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients with 1/2 tsp. salt in a saucepan, mixing well.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine ground beef with 1 tsp. salt, half the tomato sauce mixture and remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan.
Pour remaining tomato sauce mixture over loaf.
Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.

Good comfort food for a cold evening. Can't beat cooking with Quaker oats. The sauce mixture makes this real tasty. Good with mashed potatoes with cream corn on top.
